Howdy, my name is Luis Infante! I am a graduate student at NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering, pursuing a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering. I recently graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Architectural Engineering, emphasizing structural systems for buildings.

I have gained valuable experience in my field as a Structural Engineer Intern at DeSimone Consulting Engineers. Previously, I worked as a broadcast engineer for 12th Man Productions and as a student technician under the Mechanical Engineering department at Texas A&M. I've also completed a research internship in Nicosia, Cyprus, and a systems engineer internship for ENDEAVR Institute. In the past, I worked as a general laborer in the construction industry, which sparked my passion for structural engineering. Currently, I hope to continue my passion in structural engineering and hope to become a licensed professional engineer.

Outside of school, I enjoy playing soccer, running, building legos, and traveling!
